I started CrossFit in early 2016 while attending the University of Cincinnati. My biggest takeaway from CrossFit is it has provided me with more than “hour a day” to workout. It has given me many friendships, competition within myself, and mental (and physical) toughness for day to day life. When I am not in the gym, you can find me binging true crime TV or podcasts, thrifting, walking my dog Diesel, and reading.
