Sarah Gardocki
I love to be moving, and over the years I’ve tried just about everything from modern dance to boxing. By the time I made my way into CrossFit in 2019, I was up for anything.
I came to coaching and health education first as a doula, supporting people as they navigated through pregnancy and beyond. I quickly found that postpartum is forever, and that a lot of people want to use exercise to feel and move better, but can run into obstacles getting there. Now I love doing whatever I can to help anyone and everyone feel comfortable and confident in the gym so they can be comfortable and confident in life.
One of my favorite things about CrossFit is that it meets you where you’re at – from total novice to advanced athlete – and expands your capacity and gives room to grow. What I love about Calibrated is the high value placed on both supportive community and smart, effective programming. We want everyone to get stronger, feel good, surprise themselves, and be lifelong athletes and movers.
I love to get outside, I’m especially happiest on my paddleboard. If I’m not at the gym I’m either roasting coffee, drinking coffee, or hanging out with my family, animals, and plants.
Days I’m in the gym: 4-5 days; never miss deadlift day
