Step 2
Our On-Ramp program is where all athletes who are new to CrossFit begin by working with one of our coaches. We spend time with each of our new athletes to establish a strong foundation and help you be successful. We will teach you how to jump, squat, pull, and press to get you stronger and avoid injuries. This is a four day, 60min class program. Our preference is to hammer this out in 1 week but if we have to cover it over a 2 week span that is fine.
Step 3
Once finished with Our On-Ramp Program, you are ready to begin your CrossFit journey. All of our CrossFit Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration.
A certified coach will always guide you through warming up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. The Coach will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout.
