Individual One on One Training

Individual one on one training is the only way to provide the greatest potential gain for any individuals specific physique & athletic performance needs. One’s training must be exactly calibrated to them. Regardless of goal, athlete or non athlete, no two people are the same, so no two persons training should be the same. Training should be specific to one’s own anatomy through precisly adjusting thousands of specific variables, in ones regimen based on their individual needs to progress. The more fine tuned the programming is to the individual, by adjusting and targeting the most acute variables in their program design, the greater the results. What separates athletes who compete against the best competition in the world, in any sport nationally or internationally, is their ability to perform at their genetically highest level. The only way to continually make progress, to both reach this high level of competition, as well as improve at such a high level, is to adjust & target the most minute variables that are limiting them in their performance.
