A2. Single Arm DB Shoulder Press; 8-10/arm x 4 sets, rest 45sec

A3. Banded Abductions; 15-20/side x 4 sets, rest 45sec

A4. Hollow Body Hold; 45-60sec x 4 sets, rest 45sec

 

B. Complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
