Performance

In teams of two, with only one person working at a time, complete:

100 Russian Kettlebell Swings (53/35lbs)

400 Meter Run*, 400m Row, or 800m Airdyne

100 Barbell Thrusters (45/35lbs)

400 Meter Run*, 400m Row, or 800m Airdyne

80 Burpees

400 Meter Run*, 400m Row, or 800m Airdyne

100 Walking lunges

400 Meter Run*, 400m Row, or 800m Airdyne

100 Sit-Ups

*Both athletes perform the run/row/or airdyne at the same time.

*First come first serve on the Rowers and Airdynes. We have enough for 5 teams. Everyone else will have to run.
