On a 20min count down, perform…
2 rounds of:
30 Air Squats
200m Row or 20C on Airdyne
30 Burpees
200m Row or 20C on AirDyne
30 Jumping Lunges or walking lunges for beginners
200m Row or 20c on AirDyne
30 HR Push ups
200m Row or 20c on AirDyne
*Teams will perform 2rnd of the above kongo line style. P1 starts and P2 trails partner. P2 must wait for P1 to complete all 30 Air Squats before he/she begins. Only 1 person per station
*1 Rower or AirDyne per team

In remaining time after 2rnds of the above are completed, complete AMRAP Clean and Jerks, 135/95lbs
Perform these as a team and only 1 partner nay be working at any time.
