A. 2 position Snatch (mid thigh, below knee); EMOM x 7sets
B. Walking DB lunges; 2 working sets for the length of the gym as heavy as you can go
C. In teams of two complete a total of 3 rounds for time of:
1000m Row
24 burpees
42 box jumps – step down
*Only 1 person works at a time but you may switch however you like
