Performance

A1. DB Walking Lunges @1010; 20 steps x 5 sets, rest 45sec

*weights should be heavy – a challenge to finish all 20 steps
!

A2. Push-Ups @ 20×1; 15-20 reps x 5 sets,
rest 45 seconds

*Use Rings to make harder and a barbell to make easier. STAY ON TEMPO!

A3. Ring Rows @ 2111; 8-10 reps x 5 sets, rest 45 seconds

A4. Toes to Bar; 10-12 reps
x 5 sets, rest 45 seconds
