Performance
A. Back Squat – build to a tough 1 rep in 15min
B1. Walking DB lunge; 6/leg x 3 sets, rest 60
B2. GHR; 8 reps x 3 sets, rest 60

Sled Sprints – length of building (90/45lbs)
*In teams of 3 with only 1 person working at a time, you will push the dogsled as fast as possible to end of building and back. You will rotate through team until each person completes 10 reps each.
*This should be fast so if the load on sled is too much then pick a partner with similar strength.
