Performance
A. Take 10-15 minutes and build to a heavy Clean and Jerk
B. For time:
30 Wall Balls (10’/9′)
200-Meter Run
20 burpee Pull-ups
400-Meter Run
10 HSPU or 5 Wall Walks
600-Meter Run
*advanced athletes use 30/20lb for wall balls
*You must be able to do all 30 wall balls unbroken at 20/14lb before you think about using the 30/20lb option
