A. EMOM, for 12 minutes:
Front Squat @22×1 x 1 rep
*Start at around 60% of your 1-RM Front Squat and build every minute to today’s heaviest single…but stay strict about the 2-second pause at the bottom!
B. EMOM, for 10 minutes:
Hang Clean + Push Press + Jerk
*Build to today’s heavy over the course of the ten minutes.
C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
Run 200 Meters
12 Back Squats (135/95 lbs – taken from the floor)
