*Given the current Central East Regional weekend I thought it would be fun to experience some of the joy that Brittany will be partaking in today!

 

Event 7 – Team Workout (Teams of 4)

For time, each athlete moves through stations of:

30-calorie row

Deadlift hold while trailing teammate rows (185 / 115 lb.)

30 handstand push-ups or 30 L-seated DB Press (challenging load)

Handstand hold while trailing teammate performs HSPU

30 toes-to-bars

Static hang while trailing teammate performs toes-to-bars

50-foot overhead Plate lunge (45 / 25 lb.)

 

*Team score is total time after all teammates are done.
