B1. DB Walking Lunges (heavy); 10-12/leg x 3 sets, Rest 90 seconds
B2. Wall Climbs; 4-6 reps x 3 sets, Rest 90 seconds
C. In teams of two, alternate whole rounds to complete AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
10 Pull-Ups
10 DB Ground to Overhead (Heavy)
10 Box Jumps (24/20”)
