A. Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes (10 sets):
Snatch x 1 rep
*Build over the course of the 10 sets to no more then 90% of a 1rm

B. Snatch Grip “Lift off” w/5 sec. hold just below knee (based on 1rm snatch); 5 reps @60%, 5 reps @65%, 5 reps @70%, 5 reps @75%. Rest 90sec b/w sets
