Performance

A. In teams of two, alternating complete rounds, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 25 minutes of:

100 Meter Farmer’s Carry (men – 70/hand or female 50/hand)

10 Jumping Air Squats

10 Jumping Split Lunges

*You may use farmers handles or kettle bells

*If the jumping split lunges are not perfect then you must do 10 walking lunges

 

B. 15 Minutes of Quad and Calf Smashing and stretching led by coach
