In teams of three, with only one partner working at a time, complete the following as quickly as possible:
Buy in or Cash out*:
300m Sled Push or 200m Yoke Carry
-90 Wall Balls
-120 Box Jumps (step down)
-150 Anchored Sit-Ups (partner holds feet)
-180 Russian Kettle Bell Swings
Buy in or Cash out*: 2000-meter Row
**Some groups will buy in with Sled push/Yoke Carry and some with 2000m Row. Whichever you choose the opposite will be Cash out**
