A. Every two minutes, for 20 minutes (10 sets):

Hang Snatch + Snatch + Overhead Squat

 

B. Snatch grip “lift off” (Based off 1RM Snatch)

Every 2min for 12min (6 sets),

60%x5, 70%x5, 80%x5, 90%x5, 95%x5, 90%x5

 

C. AMRAP in 8 minutes of:

5 Power Snatches (115/75 lbs)

10 Burpee Box Jump-Overs
