*Perform in groups of 3-4 with everyone at a different station. Preferably pick partners with similar strengths so that everything can be shared or if need be making minor weight adjustment’s.

A2. Single-Arm Dumbbell Rows; 10/arm x 5 sets, rest 60
A3. Forward and backward Sled drag with straps; 100’/each x 5 sets, rest 60
A4. Standing Single Arm Dumbbell Shoulder Press @20X1; 10 reps x 5 sets, rest 60
