A. Three sets, not for time of: (10min time cap)
30-40 Double Unders
8-10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
*add deficit if these are easy for you
*Use progressions given by coach if you cannot do HSPU’s
B. Three sets for times of:
Run 800m
10 Hang Squat Cleans 135/95
20-Yard Front-Racked Walking Lunge (115/85)
Rest 5 minutes
Zach will be using both 155 for squat cleans and 155 for the lunges. If anyone beats him using the scaled weights he will give you 2 free 1-on-1 training sessions to be used at your convenience.
