A. Three sets, not for time, of:
Muscle-Ups x 3-6
Strict Toes to Bar @2110; 6-10 reps
B. Split Jerk;
Build to a tough 1 rep in 10min
*Speed under bar and correct receiving position must be present in order to build in weight
C. 8min AMRAP of:
8 Stationary Dips or Bench Dips
4 Handstand Push-Ups (scaled options will be available for all individuals)
5 Burpees
