Performance
A. Front Squat Waveload; 3-2-1-3-2-1 (75%-80%-85%-80%-85%-90%)
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
B. Halting Snatch Deadlift + High Hang Snatch + Snatch; 1 rep from each position x 6 sets, rest as needed
*build in load as you go
C. Every three minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets):
Back Squat x 3 reps @ 90%
