A. Every 2 minutes, for 16 minutes (8 sets):

High Hang Clean + Above knee Hang Clean + Clean + Jerk

*Build over the course of the 8 sets to today’s heavy.

 

Beginners Perform:

High Hang Power Clean + Above Knee Hang Power Clean + Front Squat + Jerk

 

B. EMOM, for 15 minutes:

2 Cleans or Power Cleans

6 Burpees over Barbell

*Load can vary from minute to minute.

*Post total amount in pounds successfully cleaned throughout all 15 sets
