Holiday Schedule for New Year’s

Friday (30th) – 5:30am, 9:30am, 10:30am, 4pm, 5pm classes only

Saturday (31st) – 9am class only

Monday (1st) – 9:30am, 10:30am, 4pm, 5pm classes only

 

A1. Deadlift; 3-4 reps x 5 sets, rest 90sec

*Let the barbell settle on the ground between every rep

A2. Ring or Bar Dips @1111; 10-12 reps x 5 sets, rest 90sec

*Hold for 1 second in the bottom and top positions

 

B. For time:

30 Calories of Rowing

30 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

30 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)

30 Handstand Push-Ups
