A. Every 90sec x 4 sets:
High Hang Snatch
+
Every 90sec x 4 sets:
Above Knee Snatch
+
Every 90sec x 4 sets:
Snatch Lift off + Snatch

B. Four rounds for time of:
10 Hang Squat Snatches (115/75 lbs)
200m Run

Optional Accessory

A1. GHD Hip Extensions (use weight if possible); 8 reps x 3 sets, rest as needed
A2. Chinese Plank (Facing up); 60sec x 3 sets, rest as needed
A3. Straight Arm banded Pull downs; 20 reps x 3 sets, rest as needed
