A2. 5 Single-Arm DB Push Presses + 150’ Waiter’s Walk (Left Arm), rest30sec
*Go as heavy as possible; after the fifth push press, go directly into the walk
A3. 5 Single-Arm DB Push Presses + 150’ Waiter’s Walk (Right Arm), rest 60sec

B. For time:
400m Row or 1000m Bike
40 Walking Lunges with KB’s or Db’s (35/20lbs)
40 Toes-to-Bar
40 Push-ups (These must be perfect! Sternum to floor every rep or use BB)
