A. Every 90sec, for 15 minutes (10 sets):
3-Position Snatch (Mid-thigh, Above-Knee, Below-Knee (or floor if advanced)
*Pause 2sec in receiving position on all reps
*If you cannot pause it is a failed rep and you must repeat it.
B. For time:
5 Power Snatches (115/75 lbs)
10 Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
10 Power Snatches (105/65 lbs)
20 Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
15 Power Snatches (95/55 lbs)
30 Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
*Only use one barbell
