A2. Single-Arm DB Row; 8-10/arm x 4 sets, rest 30sec
A3. Kettlebell Swings; 15-20 reps x 4 sets, rest 30sec
A4. Strict Supinated-Grip Pull-Ups; 6-10 reps x 4 sets, rest 30sec
*Stay moving! Max 30sec rest between movements
