High Hang snatch x 2 reps
+
Every 90sec x 3 sets:
Above Knee Snatch x 1-2 reps
+
Every 90sec x 3 sets:
Snatch lift off + Snatch

B. In teams of two, alternating rounds, perform 6 rounds each of:
30/25 Calories Row

*25min Time Cap
*Post total time for both partners to complete all 12 rounds
*Each calorie = 1 rep
*If you do not finish under the 25min cap post Cap + “remaining reps”
