A3. Supine Leg Lowering @3011; 10-15 reps x 4 sets, rest 45sec
*Lower back remains in contact with the floor

B. Five rounds for time of:
200 Meter Run
15 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
20 Push-Ups
