Clean Grip Lift Off + Hang Power Clean + Power Clean + Front Squat

*Build to a tough complex

 

B. In teams of Three, perform 4 complete rounds each, advancing to the next station only once the team member in front of you has moved on (congo-line style):

20/15cals on Assault Bike or 25/20cals on AirDyne

100-foot Sand Bag Carry (Bear Hug) (no drops and you choose load)

Run 400 meters

100-foot Overhead Double Kettlebell Carry (Moderate)
