7 Thrusters (95/65 lbs) (Goblet Squats for all drop-ins unfamiliar with Thruster)
7 Pull-Ups

9 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
9 Push Press (95/65 lbs) (Drop-ins unfamiliar with Push Press use DB’s)
9 Ring Dips
