50 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

A2. In teams of two….Perform AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
:30sec of Wall Balls (Partner A)
:30sec of Wall Balls (Partner B)

B1. Banded Hamstring curl; 15/leg x 3 sets, rest while partner works
B2. Single-Arm Dumbbell Row; 8/arm x 3 sets, rest while partner works

C. Optional:
GHD Hip extensions; 20 reps x 3 sets, rest 60-90sec
