17.2 OPEN Announcements!

  • The Heat & Judging Schedules will be posted Tonight (Thursday) by 11pm on our Calibrated “Members Only” Facebook page and our Website (WOD/BLOG) https://www.calibratedcrossfit.com/category/wods/
  • If you cancel after this deadline or no-show you will be assessed a 100c Assault Bike penalty.
  • Heat Times will be from 8:30am – 12:00pm. This will vary each week based off the workout released!
  • I will also need an email from any judges that are unable to judge each week!

Training

A1. Single-Arm Press; 8-10/arm x 4 sets, rest 45sec

A2. Single arm DB Row; 6-8/arm x 4 sets, rest 45sec

 

B. Against a 3-minute running clock (24min total workout):

Row 500 Meters

Bench Press x Max Reps @ (BW/.75xBW)

– Rest 3 minutes, and perform a total of four sets; note reps achieved in each set.
