17.4 OPEN Announcements!
- The Heat & Judging Schedules will be posted Tonight (Thursday) by 11pm on our Calibrated “Members Only” Facebook page and our Website (WOD/BLOG) https://www.calibratedcrossfit.com/category/wods/
- Heat Times will be from 9am – 12:00pm.
A. Every 3 minutes, for 36 minutes (3 sets of each):
Station 1 – 40/25 Calories of Assault Bike
Station 2 – 40 Double Unders + 20 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
Station 3 – Run 400 Meters
Station 4 – 12 Burpees + 6/3 Muscle Ups (Or Chest to Bar Pull-ups – same standard as open)
Optional Work
B1. Banded Leg Curls @4020; 15 reps x 4 sets, rest as needed
B2. Banded Glute Bridges @10X0; 30 reps x 4 sets, rest as needed
B3. Banded Side Lying Leg Raises @2020; 15 reps x 4 sets, rest as needed
