17.4 OPEN Announcements!

 

A. Every 3 minutes, for 36 minutes (3 sets of each):

Station 1 – 40/25 Calories of Assault Bike

Station 2 – 40 Double Unders + 20 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)

Station 3 – Run 400 Meters

Station 4 – 12 Burpees  + 6/3 Muscle Ups (Or Chest to Bar Pull-ups – same standard as open)

 

Optional Work

B1. Banded Leg Curls @4020; 15 reps x 4 sets, rest as needed

B2. Banded Glute Bridges @10X0; 30 reps x 4 sets, rest as needed

B3. Banded Side Lying Leg Raises @2020; 15 reps x 4 sets, rest as needed
