Warm-Up
Movement Prep 1
5 reps of each movement

Workout
A. Take 15 minutes and practice gymnastics skills of your choice – Muscle-Ups, Kipping/Butterfly Pull-Ups, Toes to Bar, Pistols, Handstand Push-Ups, Ring Dips, Double-Unders, etc.

*Choose three exercises and perform a skill set of each.
For example:
“Three sets, not for time, of:
Muscle-Ups x 3-5 reps
Handstand Walks x 15’
Pistols x 3-5 reps each leg”

B. Tabata Mash-Up
Complete Eight Sets of “20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest” for each of the following exercises:
KB Swings (70/53)
Push-Ups
Box Jump-Overs (24”/20”)
Plank Hold (with weight on butt if possible)

*Complete all 8 sets of one exercise before moving on to the next.
*It does not matter what order you start in
*Score is lowest rep on all sets. If you break the plank take away 20 reps on each set.
