A. Take 10-15 minutes to work with your coaches on any gymnastics skills you’ve been working to master – rope climbs, kipping HSPU’s, Kipping Pull-Ups, Kipping T2B, pistols, Double Unders etc….
*Put together an emom or every 90sec time trial and cycle through a couple for 8-10 rnds focusing on good movement

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Squats
*20+ rnds is a huge landmark everyone should strive for in 2017
*15+ rnds is what we should strive for today!
