Friday (23rd) – 5:30am, 9:30am, 10:30am, 11:30am, 4pm, 5pm

Saturday (24th) – 9am class only

Monday (26th) – 9:30am, 4pm, 5pm

A1. Bulgarian Split Squat; 6-8 reps x 5 sets, rest 45sec

A2. Ring Push-Ups; Max Unbroken Reps x 5 sets, rest 45sec

*Goal of the ring push-ups is to simply pick a harder progression then you typically do in class.

*Must get 15+ reps

 

B. Four sets for max reps of:

45 seconds of Burpees

– Rest 45 seconds

45 seconds of V-Ups, Hollow Rocks, or AbMat Situps

– 45 seconds of Rest
