A. Unsupported Seated Strict Press; 4-5 reps x 5 sets, rest as needed

(goal is to press 4-5% more than you used on January 24, 2017)

 

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

50 Double-Unders

15 Push Press (115/75 lbs)

15 Pull-Ups

 

C1. DB Skull Crushers; 20 reps x 3 sets, rest as needed

C2. Banded Pull Aparts; 30 reps x 3 sets, rest as needed
