Hey guys, Fox News contacted me today and would like to run a live :60sec segment at gym every 30min from 5am through 10:30am. I would like to have a full class for both the 5:30am and 9:30am classes so do your best to be on time and show up if possible! I think it will be a great opportunity to grow our community and show all those zumba enthusiasts that Calibrated is for anyone! :)
A1. Bulgarian Split Squat @30X1; 10/leg x 5 sets, rest 45sec
A2. Strict Handstand Push-Ups; Max Reps x 5 sets, rest 60sec
*HSPU scale: 3-5 wall walks or 10-12 L-seated Db press

14 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
7 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
*May use Kb’s if mobility issues holding bar in front rack
