A1. Single Arm DB bench Press; 5 x 5, rest 60sec

A2. Front Rack Alternating Reverse Lunges w/ KB’s; 6/leg x 5 sets, rest 60sec

*Build and make the final 3 sets of each heavy

 

B. Every 6 minutes, for 30 minutes (5 sets):

Run 800 Meters

40 Air Squats

*The goal of this session is to move consistently and efficiently. Keep your splits consistent, and don’t feel the need to push your tempo today.

*Time Cap for each 6min interval is 4:30min

*Keep paces under 85% effort. Do not come out to hot!
