Performance

A. EMOM, for 20 minutes (4 sets of each):

Minute 1 – Ring Rows @2111 x 8 reps or 6-8 Strict supinated chest to bar pull-ups

Minute 2 – Left Leg lateral Box Step-Ups x 6-8 reps or 5-6 left leg pistols

Minute 3 – L-Seated DB Press @2011 x 8 reps or 6-8 Strict HSPU’s

Minute 4 – Right Leg Box Step-Ups x 6-8 reps or 5-6 right leg pistols

Minute 5 – Tempo Push-Ups @1111 x 10 reps

 

B. EMOM, for 9 minutes (3 sets each) for max reps:

Minute 1 – 30 seconds of Toes to Bar

Minute 2 – 30 seconds of AirDyne cals

Minute 3 – 30 seconds of Dips

 

C. Three sets of:

Reverse Snow Angels x 20 reps

Rest 30 seconds

Hollow Hold x 60 seconds

Rest 30 seconds
