A1. Single-Arm Dumbbell Row; 6-8 reps x 4 sets, rest 90sec
A2. L-Sit; 45-60 seconds (accumulated) x 4 sets, rest 90sec
A3. Side Plank; 45-60sec x 4 sets, rest 90sec

B. In teams of two, with only one partner working at a time, partners alternate to complete 7 rounds each of:
5 Man-Makers (50/35 lb)

*Man maker = Row left/Row right/Power Clean/Press

*This is a modified Man Maker. We are taking out the push-up and squat.

Optional Accessory Work
Eight sets for times of:
Row 500 Meters
– Rest 60 seconds
*Aim to set an aggressive pace that you can maintain within 5-8 seconds for all 10 sets.
