B. Every minute, on the minute, for 30 minutes:

Minute 1 – 6 Burpees + 6 MB ground to over shoulder

Minute 2 – 4 Toes to Bar + 3 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

Minute 3 – 10 Kettlebell Thrusters
