Downward dog x 5
Straight body ceiling crunches x 5
30sec Single Unders

Workout
In teams of two, with only one teammate working at any time, complete three sets for max reps of:
3 Minutes of Assault Bike
– Rest 2 Minutes
3 Minutes of Burpees
– Rest 2 Minutes
3 Minutes of Double unders and Abmat Sit-ups
*Both partners work at same time on this segment. Switch movements when either Partner hits 50 double unders or 20 sit-ups.
– Rest 2 Minutes
