17.2 OPEN Announcements!

The Heat & Judging Schedules will be posted Thursday Evening by 11pm on our Calibrated “Members Only” Facebook page and our Website (WOD/BLOG).

Heat Times will be from 8:30am – 12:00pm. This will vary each week based off the workout released!

There will be NO regular Saturday classes during the OPEN.

Any registered athlete not able to attend the upcoming Saturday must email by Wednesday evening of each week. If you do not email me by this time, you cannot reschedule.

I will also need an email from any judges that are unable to judge each week!
A. Every 2 minutes, for 20 minutes (10 sets):
1 Clean Lift-Off + Clean
*Build over the course of the 10 sets to something heavy. A Clean Lift-Off is the first portion of the clean, from the ground to the knees. Keep your torso angle consistent through all phases of this lift-off, and pause 2-seconds at the knees each lift-off. After your lift-off, reset and perform a full clean.
B. In teams of two, complete for time:
20 Power Cleans (185/125 lbs)
40 Pull-Ups
60 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
400 Meter Run – Both partners run together
60 Wall Balls
40 Pull-Ups
20 Power Cleans
*Partners may switch whenever necessary but only one person works at a time.
**If this is done solo just cut the reps in half. Though the 400m run stays the same
