B. Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets):

Bench Press x 4-6 reps w/ 1sec pause on chest

C1. Single-Arm DB Row; 8-10 each x 3 sets, rest 45sec

C2. Hollow Holds/Rocks; 60 seconds x 3 sets, rest 45sec
