Performance
A1. Serrano Back Squat (4 stops @ 3sec pause each); 3 reps x 3 sets, rest 60sec
A2. Dumbbell Bench Press; 8-10 reps x 3 sets, rest 60sec
A3. V-Ups; 20 reps x 3 sets, rest 60sec
B. Four sets of 3-minute sprints of:
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Air Squats
-90sec rest after each 3min AMRAP
*Perform as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes, then rest 90 seconds between rounds and pick up where you left off to start the next round.
*Score total number of rounds completed. Everyone must keep score!
*The pull-up/push-up progression you pick will be the same progression you do during “Murph” on Monday 5/30/16
