A1. Serrano Back Squat (4 stops at 3sec pause); 3-5 reps x 4 sets, rest 60sec

A2. Dumbbell Bench Press; 8 reps x 4 sets, rest 60sec

A3. V-Ups; 20 reps x 4 sets, rest 60sec

 

B. EMOM, for 15 minutes:

Minute 1: 12 Kettlebell Swings + 6 Goblet Squats

Minute 2: 30 seconds of Rowing for Calories (start the row at 15 seconds into the minute…finishing at 45 seconds)

Minute 3: 6-8 toes to bar
